Job Summary

Leading complex technical support engagements, the full-time Senior Enterprise Customer Operations Engineer will serve as the primary technical escalation point, drive systemic improvements, and ensure operational stability for customers utilizing a FedRAMP High-certified DevSecOps platform, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead resolution of complex incidents and escalations, coordinating cross-functional investigations
  • Develop and maintain technical runbooks and support resources to enhance team capability and resolution speed
  • Mentor and guide Enterprise Customer Operations Engineers through technical challenges and case reviews
Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in technical support engineering, DevSecOps, or related fields
  • Deep experience deploying and operating cloud-native applications on Kubernetes
  • Strong expertise in one or more major cloud providers (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP)
  • Proficiency in container hardening and compliance with DoD security standards
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance, with preference for candidates holding an active clearance
