Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Development Representative (PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Own outreach to high-value healthcare accounts and execute strong outbound strategies
- Design and implement outbound and nurture programs, refining messaging and analyzing performance
- Serve as a senior member of the BDR team, coaching junior BDRs and defining expectations for pipeline creation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline
- Experience mentoring peers or leading initiatives, formally or informally
- Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM workflows, and metrics tracking
- Strong planning skills and comfort with data analysis to set and evaluate KPIs
