Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Development Representative (PST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outreach to high-value healthcare accounts and execute strong outbound strategies
  • Design and implement outbound and nurture programs, refining messaging and analyzing performance
  • Serve as a senior member of the BDR team, coaching junior BDRs and defining expectations for pipeline creation
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline
  • Experience mentoring peers or leading initiatives, formally or informally
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools, CRM workflows, and metrics tracking
  • Strong planning skills and comfort with data analysis to set and evaluate KPIs
