Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Development Representative (PST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outreach to high-value healthcare accounts and execute outbound strategies
  • Design and implement outbound and nurture programs while analyzing performance
  • Serve as a senior member of a BDR team, defining expectations and coaching junior BDRs
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and generating qualified pipeline
  • Experience mentoring peers or leading initiatives
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and metrics tracking (Salesforce & Outreach preferred)
  • Strong planning skills and comfort with data to evaluate KPIs
