Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager of Managed Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor sales of integrated communication structures to enterprise customers
  • Develop and implement sales promotions and ensure team achievement of sales goals
  • Oversee the training and development of Enterprise Account Executives to ensure competence and continuity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in sales management
  • Strong knowledge of products/services and pricing practices
  • Experience in developing financial and operational objectives
  • Ability to manage employee performance and address personnel issues
