Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with customers and deliver front-line support
  • Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution
  • Collaborate with various teams to manage customer inquiries and drive outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical experience
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in technical support
  • Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts
  • Experience with Salesforce Apps and Web applications (nice-to-have)
  • Understanding of SQL or relational databases (nice-to-have)
