Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Analyst to provide high-touch technical support to strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and deliver front-line support
- Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution
- Collaborate with various teams to manage customer inquiries and drive outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical experience
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in technical support
- Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts
- Experience with Salesforce Apps and Web applications (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of SQL or relational databases (nice-to-have)
