Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Environmental Technical Claims Specialist for a temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex commercial environmental claims with limited oversight
• Conduct detailed investigations and analysis of claims to determine coverage and manage litigation
• Report on claims trends and prepare documentation for senior management and underwriters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years' experience in adjudicating commercial environmental claims of $100,000 or more
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required; J.D. preferred
• Licensed Claims Examiner or ability to obtain a license within 120 days
• Strong business acumen related to insurance operations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
