Job Summary

To support the nuclear environmental services business team, the full-time Senior Environmental Licensing Specialist will manage the preparation of NRC Environmental Reports and NEPA documents, ensuring compliance with regulations while working remotely or onsite in St. Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the preparation of NRC Environmental Reports and NEPA documents for nuclear projects, ensuring technical quality and compliance
  • Define, scope, and oversee environmental field and technical studies, integrating results into deliverables
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver regulatory compliant analyses and maintain client relationships in the nuclear sector
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in environmental/biological science, planning, engineering, or related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience leading NEPA/environmental impact assessments for energy or nuclear projects
  • Strong command of NEPA and related regulations/guidance
  • Demonstrated experience preparing or managing NRC Environmental Reports and nuclear licensing reviews
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
