Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior EOR Ops Client Services Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and launch processes, workflows, and automations to drive internal efficiencies and enhance client service
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and mobility workflows
  • Develop training programs and materials to equip teams for success and promote customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • 4-6+ years of client service experience in HR SaaS or technology-driven environments
  • Experience managing complex customer success or operations projects
  • Proven success in driving account/customer health and churn prevention
  • Experience with resource management across diverse internal teams
  • Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus
