Senior Epic Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Epic Analyst is a full-time position responsible for leading complex projects, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior analysts in Epic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support, analyze system problems, and troubleshoot issues with vendors
• Design, implement, and support applications while ensuring ongoing optimization and performance
• Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure compliance and optimal system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience is required
• Combination of post-high school education, job-related certification, and/or related experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered
• MyChart certification is required; EpicCare Ambulatory certification is optional
