Senior Epic Applications Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation of Epic's Healthy Planet application, the full-time Senior Epic Applications Analyst will design and develop technical solutions for complex business needs, assist with project planning and training, and serve as a liaison between clinical service lines and IT, ensuring effective communication and integration across multiple application areas.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions to meet business needs by analyzing existing systems and procedures
• Assist with project planning and operational support for multiple simultaneous projects, including training management
• Communicate effectively with users and technical teams to address complex project requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5 years of experience in an IT or clinical environment, focusing on business process mapping and requirements analysis
• EPIC certification required within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in using EPIC and other applications, with strong project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into system specifications and manage multiple tasks independently
