Senior Epic BI Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Epic Business Intelligence Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics projects and manage developer resources to achieve key milestones
• Design, implement, and maintain business intelligence tools and standards in development practices
• Collaborate with analytic teams and data engineers to address organizational analytic problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; Master's degree in data science or advanced analytics preferred
• Certified in at least two of Epic's data models, with experience in Epic surgical data models
• 9+ years of experience in enterprise databases and analytic reporting
• 7+ years of experience with BI visualization tools like Qlik Sense, QlikView, or Tableau
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SPSS) with a minimum of 3 years in healthcare IT or analytics
