Job Summary

Providing advanced technical leadership, the full-time Senior Epic Client System Administrator will focus on the design, deployment, optimization, and support of Epic client systems in a remote environment, while leading troubleshooting efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and secure Epic environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead installation, configuration, and lifecycle management of Epic Hyperspace and related components across multi-client environments
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting of performance issues and manage high-complexity print infrastructure
  • Develop automation solutions and establish documentation for deployments and shared services workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • At least two Epic ECSA certifications and additional Epic module certifications preferred
  • Typically, 5+ years of technical support or system administration experience, including 4 years of ECSA experience in a healthcare or consulting environment
  • Experience with Windows server administration and virtualization platforms such as Citrix or VMware
  • Understanding of HITRUST, HIPAA, and security best practices in healthcare environments
