Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Healthy Planet and Compass Rose initiatives, the full-time remote Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst will leverage in-depth knowledge of Epic System software to conduct analysis, provide tier-2 support, and collaborate with teams to enhance application functionality and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with Epic software, including design, build, testing, and maintenance of solutions
• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and collaborate with colleagues to resolve maintenance items and enhancement requests
• Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality within department applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience
• 2 years of Epic-specific experience, with the option to substitute 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic certification in supporting applications, along with additional proficiency or certifications in related application areas
