Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Epic Certified Healthy Planet Analyst to enhance and optimize the Epic Healthy Planet population health platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet functionality to expand system utilization
• Partner with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for improved population health management
• Support data extraction, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an Epic Analyst with Healthy Planet certification required
• Strong hands-on build experience within Epic Healthy Planet
• Proven ability to configure and optimize existing Epic Healthy Planet environments
• Experience working in large healthcare systems and population health initiatives preferred
