Senior Epic MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

Providing expert-level technical support for Epic MyChart, the full-time Senior Epic MyChart Analyst will manage development, testing, integration, and implementation of patient-facing tools while working remotely to enhance patient engagement and streamline workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design and evaluate Epic MyChart solutions that align with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MyChart configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting efforts
• Lead the design and implementation of new MyChart features and integrations, assessing feasibility and formulating implementation plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience with IT systems or related operational experience (or six years with an Associate's degree, eight years with a High School diploma or GED)
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration within healthcare IT environments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Familiarity with Epic MyChart functionalities, including eCheck-In and Open Scheduling, is preferred
