Senior Epic MyChart Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance pediatric care coordination and outcomes, the full-time remote Senior Epic MyChart Analyst will configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic MyChart application, supporting patient access to health records and self-service features for primary care clinics across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and optimize the Epic MyChart application to improve patient engagement and access to health services
- Provide support for the Community Connect program and collaborate with primary care clinics to enhance service delivery
- Lead projects and committees related to the implementation and management of Epic MyChart functionalities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and systems
- Proven project management skills and experience leading committees and projects
- Epic Certification required within six months of employment, including up to two test retakes
- Experience with Epic Hyperspace applications is preferred
