Senior EPM Transformation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior EPM Transformation Specialist to join their Corporate Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of EPM solutions, including OneStream for close, consolidation, and planning
• Build and manage governed data pipelines in Databricks for integration with OneStream and Workiva
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in financial processes

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in EPM or financial systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• Practical skills in Databricks with fundamentals in SQL or Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ERPs, and financial data structures
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting concepts
