Senior Equipment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Equipment Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities of consigned equipment at an OSAT, collaborating with maintenance and facilities teams
• Monitor and analyze process metrics using advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to drive continuous improvements
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of equipment documentation and mentor junior engineers/technicians

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• A minimum of 12 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 8 years with a master's, or 6 years with a PhD
• Direct experience managing SPTS or plasma therm tools for daily production
• Strong knowledge of plasma etching, dicing, or related dry etch technologies
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding teams
