Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Equity Compensation Analyst to support the design and analysis of equity and compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain equity grant frameworks and guidelines for various employee scenarios
- Analyze equity and total compensation market data to evaluate competitiveness and inform program design
- Build and maintain analytical models to assess equity grant values and overall total rewards competitiveness
Required Qualifications
- Experience in scaling equity compensation programs in high-growth companies
- Experience working in equity compensation and broader compensation programs, preferably in technology
- Experience using market survey data to evaluate equity and salary competitiveness
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building equity and compensation models
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition
