Job Summary
Serving as a trusted resource for high-net-worth employee shareholders, the full-time Senior Equity Compensation Consultant will provide personalized education and guidance on various equity compensation vehicles while working remotely across the nation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and proactive client service as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth employee shareholders
- Provide clear guidance on equity compensation topics, including vesting, exercising, and taxation of equity awards
- Conduct targeted outreach and develop lasting relationships with shareholders to enhance financial literacy and engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 65 (or 66) must be obtained within corporate-established timelines
- 3-5 years of experience in equity compensation or financial services supporting high-net-worth clients
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 required or must be obtained within 6-12 months of hire; full CEP designation preferred
- Deep knowledge of equity compensation vehicles and related tax implications
