Senior Equity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary architect for global equity-related functions, ensuring robust and scalable systems
• Serve as a bridge between Finance, Legal, and HR for tax and regulatory compliance across international markets
• Oversee end-to-end management of equity awards and ensure compliance with Section 83(b) elections and annual 409A valuations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in equity accounting and administration in both private and public company environments
• Self-motivated professional with a proven ability to lead high-impact projects independently
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a meticulous approach to reconciliations and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent professional experience)
• Experience with Shareworks and Workday HCM is a plus
