Senior ERP Business Analyst
Job Summary
Focused on distribution and supply chain functionality, the full-time Senior ERP Business Analyst will analyze business scenarios, lead product feature design, and coordinate implementation details while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead analysis and discovery for complex business scenarios and product requirements with stakeholders
- Own the design of new features and enhancements, including functional specifications and process flows
- Develop comprehensive test plans and lead functional readiness for User Acceptance Testing and deployments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of experience in business or system analysis, including ERP functional consulting
- 4+ years of experience in distribution domains such as Supply Chain, Sales, or Inventory Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead the requirements lifecycle from discovery through release
- Experience working directly with developers and quality teams, coordinating acceptance testing
