Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the HR and Payroll departments, the remote Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst will maintain and optimize the Oracle Cloud HCM application, serving as a functional subject matter expert while coordinating project timelines and implementation milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders to establish project timelines and ensure maximum system utilization
• Facilitate end-user needs into system specifications and manage application functional configuration and lifecycle support

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in ERP systems, preferably with Oracle Cloud HCM
• Demonstrated functional ERP experience and knowledge of application operational requirements
• Experience in gathering and documenting data requirements
• Post go-live support and maintenance experience in ERP ecosystems
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
