Senior ERP Consultant

Job Summary

Leading ERP implementations for clients, the full-time Senior ERP Technical Consultant will conduct workshops, configure Sage X3 modules, oversee data migration, and mentor junior consultants while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops to map processes and design optimized workflows for Sage X3
• Configure and customize Sage X3 modules, managing data mapping and migration for go-live readiness
• Lead testing phases and provide training and ongoing support to client teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, particularly with Sage X3
• Deep knowledge of Sage X3 modules, configuration, customization, and data migration
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration
