Senior ERP Consultant

Job Summary

Leveraging expertise in ERP implementations, the fully remote Senior ERP Technical Consultant will lead client workshops, configure Sage X3 modules, manage data migration, and mentor junior consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops to map processes and design optimized workflows for Sage X3
• Configure and customize Sage X3 modules, managing data mapping and migration for go-live readiness
• Lead testing phases and provide training and ongoing support to client teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field with 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, specifically with Sage X3
• Deep knowledge of Sage X3 modules, configuration, customization, and data migration
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to optimize workflows
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration
