Senior ERP Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Leading functional discovery and migration support, the remote Senior ERP Functional Consultant will manage cloud-to-cloud and on-prem to cloud ERP migrations, ensuring business process alignment and data integrity while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional discovery workshops and perform fit-gap analysis for Kinetic migrations
• Configure Kinetic modules and validate setups for various migration scenarios
• Act as the primary functional point of contact, supporting change management and user adoption during UAT and go-live

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of ERP functional consulting experience, particularly with Kinetic ERP implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-to-cloud and on-prem to cloud ERP migrations
• Deep functional knowledge of Kinetic modules and business processes
• Proven documentation skills, including FRDs and validation reports
• Kinetic Functional Certification or relevant domain certifications preferred
