Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide technology modernization initiatives, the hybrid remote Senior ERP Program Manager will oversee the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and operational transition of complex financial systems and business process improvement projects, providing expert guidance on ERP initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through implementation and operational transition
• Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle Federal Financial Management Systems and support system enhancements
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in federal financial systems and ERP implementation
• Proven project management experience in technology and business transformation initiatives
• Strong background in business process improvement and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with Oracle Federal Financial Management Systems and related applications
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and reporting in a federal context
