Senior ERP Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a Cloud ERP implementation, the Independent Contractor Senior ERP Project Manager will provide senior-level project leadership and advisory services remotely, focusing on project management across planning, implementation, and stabilization phases while collaborating with stakeholders and third-party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management and advisory support throughout the Cloud ERP implementation lifecycle
• Document business, financial, HR, procurement, and operational requirements aligned to ERP modules
• Prepare executive-level project status updates, risk assessments, and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business, information systems, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Minimum two years of project management or consulting experience supporting ERP implementations
• Demonstrated experience with multi-region or multi-entity implementations preferred
• Proficiency with standard business tools and familiarity with database or reporting tools relevant to ERP
• Healthcare or human services implementation experience preferred
