Senior ERP Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a Cloud ERP implementation, the Independent Contractor Senior ERP Project Manager will provide senior-level project leadership and advisory services remotely, focusing on planning, implementation, and stabilization phases while collaborating with stakeholders and third-party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management and advisory support across the Cloud ERP implementation lifecycle
• Translate business requirements into configuration and process documentation in coordination with the implementation partner
• Prepare executive-level project status updates, risk assessments, and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in project management or consulting for ERP or similar enterprise system implementations
• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-region or multi-entity implementations is preferred
• Proficiency with standard business tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database or reporting tools relevant to ERP implementations
• Experience working with large consulting or professional services firms is a plus
