Senior ERP Service Owner

Job Summary

Owning and managing the Power & Data LN ERP platform, the full-time Senior ERP Service Owner will ensure maximum value delivery while overseeing service improvements and aligning ERP platforms with future-state SAP strategy, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity near Blacksburg, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ERP roadmap in alignment with Moog's enterprise ERP and SAP strategy
• Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, and service delivery using Agile principles
• Manage ERP licensing, vendor relationships, contracts, and support agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in technology, enterprise applications, or ERP-related roles
• 3 years of experience owning or managing technical, applications, or business systems
• Experience managing ERP systems within a manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environment
• Proven success leading ERP transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes including finance, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain
