Leading onboarding for new customers, the full-time Senior ERP Solutions Consultant will drive product implementation, manage customer requirements, and collaborate with product teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and end-to-end implementation for new customers, configuring the product to meet their specific needs
- Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective product utilization
- Manage multiple onboarding projects proactively, collaborating with product and engineering teams to address customer requests
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Procurement/Sourcing Manager or ERP/P2P Systems Consultant
- Prior experience with the implementation or administration of procurement tools or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba)
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Strong software configuration skills, with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage customer expectations
