Senior ERP Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, ERP Systems & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and champion the core finance systems strategy to enhance operational workflows and promote automation
• Develop and own a strategic 3-year finance system transformation roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and feasibility
• Lead cross-functional system transformation initiatives and serve as the finance systems product owner, driving continuous improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts, including US GAAP principles
• Experience managing cross-functional systems teams and delivering transformation initiatives in both waterfall and agile environments
• Direct experience with multi-tenant cloud enterprise architectures and designing data pipelines for financial workflows
• Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks related to system configurations
