Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior E&S Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and develop new classes of business and assess market viability
• Review individual risks submitted by agents to determine acceptability and pricing
• Achieve production and loss ratio goals through effective book management and marketing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of four years of Excess & Surplus Lines casualty underwriting experience
• Advanced knowledge of current market conditions and trends
• Thorough understanding of key exposures and portfolio pricing techniques
• Valid Driver's License
