Senior Escalation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Escalation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain technology deployments for industry-leading customers
• Log and update support cases, providing timely solutions and customer communication
• Analyze customer systems, recommend solutions, and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Support Engineer with case management skills
• Expertise in Windows and Linux Operating Systems; knowledge of AIX and Solaris is a plus
• Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and services
• Understanding of modern programming languages and databases, such as Ruby and SQL
• Public cloud certification (AWS, Azure) and experience with container orchestration is a plus
