Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Escalation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer escalations and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Conduct advanced root cause analysis (RCA) involving Linux internals and network topologies
Orchestrate multiple high-priority cases while maintaining focus under pressure

Qualifications/Requirements

5+ years in a technical role focusing on post-sales support
Strong proficiency in UNIX/Linux administration
Deep understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and common protocols
Experience troubleshooting cloud networking and virtualization platforms
BS/BA or equivalent in a relevant field
