Job Summary
Serving as a primary escalation point for support teams, the full-time remote Senior Escalation Engineer will manage complex technical issues, lead client-facing infrastructure and cloud projects, and administer Azure environments across a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a senior escalation resource for NOC and support teams, resolving complex tickets requiring deeper expertise
- Lead and execute client-facing infrastructure and cloud projects including migrations and environment buildouts
- Communicate directly with clients on escalated issues and manage Azure environments across multiple clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT experience in an MSP or similar multi-client environment
- Demonstrated experience managing Azure workloads in production
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with M365 administration and firewall administration (SonicWall preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements effectively
