Senior Escalation Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing managed services provider, the full-time remote Senior Escalation Engineer will serve as a primary escalation point for support teams, lead client-facing infrastructure and cloud projects, and manage Azure environments across a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior escalation resource for the NOC and support teams, resolving complex technical tickets
• Lead and execute client-facing infrastructure and cloud projects, including migrations and deployments
• Communicate directly with clients on escalated issues and manage Azure environments for multiple clients

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT experience in an MSP or similar multi-client environment
• Demonstrated experience managing Azure workloads in production
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with M365 administration and firewall administration
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements effectively
