Key Responsibilities

  • Identify underlying causes of issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications
  • 4 or more years of technical experience with relevant products
  • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and troubleshooting Java/Spring based applications
  • Experience with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and REST web services
  • SaaS/Cloud Product Support experience
