Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Escalations Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and bridging customer support with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on all products and related industry technologies
- Take ownership of escalated support issues and ensure resolution within established SLAs
- Reproduce and troubleshoot complex customer issues, providing insights to development and test teams
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of engineering or technical support experience
- Degree in Science, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity
- Genuine interest in new technologies and problem-solving
- Experience with full stack troubleshooting of network, hardware, and software
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
