Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Escalations Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and bridging customer support with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert on all products and related industry technologies
  • Take ownership of escalated support issues and ensure resolution within established SLAs
  • Reproduce and troubleshoot complex customer issues, providing insights to development and test teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of engineering or technical support experience
  • Degree in Science, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or Cybersecurity
  • Genuine interest in new technologies and problem-solving
  • Experience with full stack troubleshooting of network, hardware, and software
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
