Job Summary

Senior Escalations Specialist is a full-time position responsible for managing and resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage escalated customer issues as the single point of contact and deliver timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and training based on customer feedback
  • Document customer interactions and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the solar journey
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer success or project management
  • Strong knowledge of escalations and prevention processes
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
