Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in title/escrow operations with a comprehensive understanding of the closing lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience in people management, preferably with remote teams
• Proven expertise in capacity planning, workforce management, and reporting analytics
• Strong technical skills in title/escrow production platforms and BI/reporting tools
