A company is looking for a Senior Learning Designer - ESL/EFL Curriculum for Global Learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to ESL/EFL curriculum development, ensuring pedagogical efficacy and learner engagement
• Design and write engaging learning materials for ESL/EFL learners at various proficiency levels
• Manage end-to-end delivery of ESL/EFL content projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Native level fluency in verbal and written English
• Proven experience designing ESL/EFL curriculum or learning content at an ed tech company
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative insights to improve course quality
• Passion for technology-assisted language learning
