Senior Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Estimator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Prepare detailed estimates and analyze completed projects for budget variances
• Supervise estimating staff and facilitate communication between various teams

Required Qualifications

• Construction Management or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of estimating or related experience, with 3 years as an Estimator preferred
• Working knowledge of construction costs and principles
• Solar industry experience is desired
• Strong background in the use of Excel spreadsheets
