Senior Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Estimator (Developer/Remote Work).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive cost estimating efforts for pre-construction and bidding phases
• Review project documents, specifications, and drawings to identify scope, risks, and cost impacts
• Prepare detailed and accurate quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and project budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in commercial construction estimating or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in construction cost estimating software and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, labor costs, and market pricing
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams
