Senior Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Estimator to support semiconductor facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workload, team tasks, and perform quality assurance and control
• Reconcile invoices and change orders with general contractors and subcontractors
• Develop client relationships and provide support to senior management through reporting and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with semiconductor, manufacturing, high-tech, or data center projects is required
• Proficient in cost estimating and relevant construction technology
