Senior Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts on complex and large-scale projects, ensuring smooth processes and exceeding client expectations
• Analyze project documentation to prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates while managing subcontractor relations
• Participate in business development activities and prepare value engineering and risk analysis

Required Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management with a minimum of 5 years of estimating experience
• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Proficiency in specialized estimating software
• Understanding of market conditions and their influence on pricing
