Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

Develop capital cost estimates for heavy civil/marine type projects
Review contractor proposals for various procurement types
Validate change orders and maintain organized project records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
10-15 years of estimating and construction experience
Experience with MII (MCACES 2nd generation) and HCSS Heavy Bid estimating software
Certifications such as CPE, CEP, CCP, PMP, or CCM
Understanding of the relationship between cost, risk, and schedule
