Senior Estimator

Job Summary

To lead estimating activities for various projects, the fully remote Senior Estimator will manage bid preparation, vendor databases, and cost analysis while ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs and competitive estimates based on project documents
• Manage multiple projects and communicate project requirements to preconstruction staff
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to align with client budgets

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of estimating experience on construction projects
• At least 5 years of experience estimating data center projects
• Experience with project scheduling and document control
• Proficiency in estimating software such as SAGE/Timberline and Microsoft Project
