Senior Estimator
Job Summary
To support various projects, the fully remote Senior Estimator will manage estimating activities, prepare competitive estimates, and oversee bid management while collaborating with preconstruction teams and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare complete quantity take-offs and competitive estimates based on project documents
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties
- Value engineer solutions to meet client budgetary requirements and track costs throughout project lifecycles
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of estimating experience on construction projects
- At least 5 years of experience estimating data center projects
- Proven ability to produce conceptual estimates independently
- Experience with estimating software such as SAGE/Timberline and On-Screen Take Off
