Senior Estimator
Job Summary
Leading the preconstruction process, the full-time Senior Estimator will produce accurate and competitive bids for complex projects while mentoring junior estimators and collaborating with Sales and Operations in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate bids, proposals, and takeoffs for high-value projects
- Partner with Sales and Operations to evaluate project scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors while monitoring pricing trends
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction, preferably in fencing or related trades
- Advanced ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
- Proficiency with on-screen takeoff software, CAD software, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong financial and analytical skills with expertise in cost modeling
- Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously with high accuracy
